How it All Works
1780 House is a venue — not a restaurant. You rent the space from us, just like you would any other private event venue, and then bring in a caterer from our trusted list to handle food, drinks, and service.
Unlike most venues, we also offer a full set of in-house rental equipment (tables, chairs, glassware, etc.), available at a discounted rate compared to outside rental companies.
You’ll book us and your caterer separately, and as your event approaches, we work together to coordinate all the details — so everything runs smoothly and looks exactly the way you imagined.
For non-catered events, like meetings or daytime off-sites, you’re welcome to keep things simple — bring in coffee, snacks, or lunch without needing full service.

There are three parts: the venue rental, equipment rentals (if needed), and catering.
Our pricing varies based on the day, season, and which spaces you’re using. We’re happy to provide a custom quote.

Yes. Designated onsite parking is available behind the 1780 House for 10 cars.
Additional street parking is available immediately nearby, as well as two public lots within walking distance.
